I authorize CFL TINT to perform the window-film services I request on the vehicle identified below, including removal of existing film when specifically requested.
Pre-existing Conditions
I understand that glass, trim, seals, defroster lines, antennas, electronics, sensors, aftermarket accessories, existing film or adhesive may have pre-existing damage or deterioration. Installation or removal may reveal or aggravate those conditions. To the extent permitted by law, CFL TINT is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage caused by conditions outside its reasonable control.
Installation & Curing
I understand that temporary haze, moisture pockets or a cloudy appearance can occur while film cures. I agree to follow CFL TINT aftercare instructions and to avoid operating affected windows during the recommended curing period.
Tint Law Responsibility
I understand that I am responsible for the legality of the tint configuration selected for my vehicle, including applicable visible-light-transmission requirements, windshield restrictions and any medical exemption or documentation.
Limitation & Non-waivable Rights
To the extent permitted by law, CFL TINT is not liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from pre-existing conditions or circumstances outside its reasonable control. Nothing in this waiver waives any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
For business use, have a Florida attorney review the final waiver and your electronic-signature process.

CFL TINT is not responsible for damage or defects that existed before service, including glass chips or cracks, scratches, deteriorated trim or seals, damaged defroster lines, existing film or adhesive, aftermarket modifications, electronics, cameras or sensors.

Window-film installation and removal can reveal or aggravate pre-existing defects. To the extent permitted by law, CFL TINT is not liable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages arising from conditions outside its reasonable control.
Vehicle tint laws
The customer is responsible for selecting a tint configuration that complies with applicable law and for maintaining any required medical exemption or documentation.
Pricing and estimates
Website prices are starting prices. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle size, glass configuration, condition, existing film removal and installation requirements.
Non-waivable rights
Nothing on this website or in the customer waiver limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. This language is general business information and is not legal advice.
